2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, submit false information, or use the website in a way that may damage MSP Muay Thai Gym, its members, staff, or systems.
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free. Class times, pricing, memberships, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
3. Bookings and Member Portal
Class bookings, membership sign-ups, personal training bookings, and account management may be handled through GymMaster or another third-party booking platform.
When you use the booking system or member portal, you may also be subject to the terms, privacy policy, and payment conditions of that third-party provider.
It is your responsibility to ensure your booking details, contact details, health information, and payment information are accurate and up to date.
4. Classes, Timetables and Availability
Class schedules and availability may change due to trainer availability, public holidays, events, maintenance, low attendance, or other operational reasons.
MSP Muay Thai Gym may cancel, reschedule, combine, or modify classes where needed. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of major changes.
A booking does not guarantee entry if you arrive late, fail to follow safety instructions, or breach gym rules.
5. Memberships and Payments
Membership options, casual class rates, personal training rates, kids’ class pricing, and any discounts will be shown on the website, in the GymMaster portal, or provided directly by MSP Muay Thai Gym.
By purchasing a membership or booking a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Recurring memberships may continue until cancelled in accordance with the membership conditions shown at the time of sign-up.
Memberships are personal to the member and must not be transferred, shared, or used by another person unless MSP Muay Thai Gym gives written approval.
6. Cancellations, No-Shows and Refunds
Cancellation rules may vary depending on the type of booking, membership, class, or personal training session.
If you cannot attend a class or session, please cancel through the member portal or contact us as early as possible.
No-shows, late cancellations, or missed sessions may result in the session being forfeited or a cancellation fee being applied, depending on the booking terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, but we will meet our obligations where a service is not provided with due care and skill or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
7. Health, Fitness and Training Risk
Muay Thai, kickboxing, self-defence, fitness training, sparring, pad work, bag work, strength training, and other physical activities involve risk of injury.
By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to train and that you have disclosed any relevant injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or concerns to MSP Muay Thai Gym before training.
You should seek medical advice before starting training if you are unsure whether the activity is suitable for you.
You must follow trainer instructions, use equipment safely, train within your ability, and stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, injured, or unsafe.
8. Sparring and Contact Training
Contact training, sparring, drills, and advanced activities may only be available to members who are approved by MSP Muay Thai Gym trainers.
We may refuse participation in sparring or contact training if we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable, or inappropriate for your level of experience.
Protective equipment may be required for certain classes or activities.
9. Kids’ Classes and Minors
Children and minors may only participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring all enrolment, emergency contact, medical, and consent information is accurate and current.
MSP Muay Thai Gym may refuse or pause a child’s participation if there are safety, behaviour, supervision, or suitability concerns.
10. Gym Rules and Conduct
All members, visitors, and students must behave respectfully toward trainers, staff, students, parents, and visitors.
We may refuse entry, suspend access, cancel a membership, or remove a person from the gym if they engage in unsafe, aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behaviour.
Members must keep the gym clean, treat equipment with care, follow hygiene requirements, and respect the training environment.

If you do not want to appear in photos or videos, please let us know before the class or event. For minors, a parent or guardian may request that the child not be included in promotional images or videos.
You must not film or photograph other members, children, staff, or visitors without permission.
13. Promotions and Offers
Any promotion, discount, trial, or special offer may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, availability, and eligibility requirements.
